Cooking Instructions:

​

1. Pour 1 spoon of oil.

2. Saute small red chili, onion, garlic and lemon grass for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add yellow onion, shiitake mushroom, cauliflower, carrot, baby corn and tomato, saute for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add 550ml of water and cook for 1-2 minutes. 

5. Add 100g of tom yum paste.

6. Add lime leaves and squeeze half of the lime.

7. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

8. Ready to serve.
