Cooking Instructions:

1. Pour 3 spoons of oil and wait it heat up.
2. Sauté red onions, curry leaves and garlic slices together for 3 minutes.
3. Add 50g (two packs) of curry powder.
4. Stir fry for 1 minute.
5. Add two more spoons of oil and continue stir frying.
6. Add 250ml of water and cook the curry for 5 minutes, until the oil float up on top of the curry.
7. Add another 250ml of water, cover the lid and wait the curry to boil.
8. Add tomato, eggplant, lady finger and long bean.
9. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
10. Put fish and cook for 3 minutes.
11. Add on santan and stir it.
12. Add some salt and sugar up to taste.
13. Stir it and ready to serve.
