Cooking Instructions:
​
1. Pour some oil and wait it heat up.
2. Add eggplant and long beans. Fry for 2 minutes.
3. Take them out and put it aside.
4. Add garlic, onion, and red small chili.
5. Add lady finger and petai.
6. Add some salt and continue stir frying.
7. Add eggplant and long bean.
8. Add 40g of sambal.
9. Add some water, cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
10. Ready to serve.
