Cooking Instructions:
​
1. Pour some oil and wait it heat up.
2. Add garlic, carrot and chili and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add cabbage.
4. Sauté for 1 minute by using high heat.
5. Add on 1/2 tablespoon of salt up to taste.
6. Add on 1/2 tablespoon of sugar up to taste.
7. Continue stir frying.
8. Add some water, cover the lid and cook for 1 minute.
9. Ready to serve.
